DESCRIPTION:Hong Kong Football Club Adult Rugby Beginner Summer Course\nMonday and Thursday\, 7:30pm–9:00pm \nDates: 16th\, 20th\, 23rd July and 6th\, 13th\, 20th August \nOpen to All: This will be a mixed training session open to everyone in the community (i.e not restricted to members only) \nRugby can look intimidating if you’ve never played. This course is built to change that. We start from the basics\, no experience or fitness level assumed\, so you get a genuine feel for the game in a low-pressure environment. For anyone 18 and older who’s never picked up a rugby ball. Mixed group. \nEach session covers passing\, footwork\, kicking\, and contact\, building up your foundation week by week. \nIt’s a great way to test the water before deciding if you’d like to join the club for the season ahead! \nOne flat fee of $150 covers the full course. Come to every session or drop in when you can\, the fee is the same either way. \nWhat to bring: sports clothes and regular trainers.
