Get maximum height on every lineout through coaching on lift & jump technique, through a variety of movements.
Coaches:
Jack Barlett – Jack Bartlett is an English rugby player who plays in the back row. He has represented England at U18 and U20 levels, as well as Gloucester Rugby in the English Premiership. He is a strong ball carrier who brings plenty of years of professional rugby experience.
James Pollard – Hailing from Cheltenham in the UK, James joined HKFC from Cardiff Unversity RFC, Gloucester Rugby and England U19s, bringing Premiership Cup experience, front-row power, and strong technical scrummaging ability.
