HKFC Youth Rugby registration is open to children of both HKFC members and non-members. Please make sure you read and fully understand all the information below.

*Applicable for children studying abroad and wish to participate in HKFC youth rugby during school breaks.
The registration fee covers all training sessions for the 24/25 season. It cannot be pro-rated, and no make-up sessions will be offered. Each successfully registered player will receive a kit that includes a shirt, shorts, and socks, while supplies last.
Capacity Limit
If registration numbers exceed available resources (pitch space, training time), the final player count may be reduced. This assessment will be made in August.
Priority will be given to
- HKFC members
- 2023/2024 HKFC youth rugby players
- Order of registration (earlier registrations prioritized)

Registration process
- Go through and complete the on-line registration process (click here)
- You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully registered.
- You must also register on HKCR gameday system
- Present the confirmation email (both HKFC youth rugby registration & HKCR gameday) at kit collection day for kit (NO GAMEDAY REGISTRATION = NO KIT)
- Your respective head coaches will contact you for training details by August

Terms & Conditions
By confirming the registration on-line, you agree and accept that:
- The HKFC, its servants, agents and employees, as well as Youth Rugby Coaches and Administrators are under no liability whatsoever for any accident or injury to any player or to any other person or for loss or damage to property anywhere within the HKFC or any other venue for or in connection with Youth Rugby;
- Income from registration fees paid will be used at the discretion of the HKFC Youth Rugby Committee, to support coaching and associated activities relevant to the development of registered players in the game of rugby;
- Registered players will only be able to represent HKFC at youth rugby festivals, tournaments or matches: they may not play for any other team at such festivals in Hong Kong; and
- You will be bound by the HKFC Youth Rugby’s Code of Conduct (click here) and the HKFC Youth Rugby’s Terms and Conditions (click here)
HKMRFU’s Play Up/Play Down (for Junior Youth only)
The HKMRFU allows but does not actively encourage players to train or play outside their age group. Players may apply using the guidelines & application form before the links
