Our camps are ideal for new beginners and the experienced, with the camps providing top quality coaching in rugby skills, and teaching leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Our Professional Coaches:
- Qualified Rugby Coaches with Premiership & National level experience
- Backgrounds in education, teaching & yoga-based wellnes
A typical day looks like:
| 9am | Outdoor warm-up & team-building games |
| 9:30am | Rugby Skills training individually tailored to skill-level & age group |
| 10am | Ball Games |
| 10:30am | Snack Break (& stories for younger participants) |
| 10:45am | Wellbeing activities such as yoga, mindfulness & dance |
| 11:30am | Teambuilding challenges & games |
